Video: Sky in Land

Wednesday, September 19th, 2007

There’s a rock band from my town! Their name is Sky in Land.
I’ve done many projects with the band, and followed them in the U.K. tour, taking pictures in their concerts.
Their music is an alternative rock, recalling grunge and experimental.
I directed their music video of Inside the tunnel:

Their website is here: www.skyinland.com. (Yes, I designed that too…)

DIY: Cartoon figure LED lamp

Wednesday, September 19th, 2007

Follow my tutorial and you’ll get a nice toy: a funny monster with the power of brightness in his eyes.
It will scare ghosts out of your bed! Or, you can use it as an unusual flashlight.

I love creating this kind of toys because so I can make their eyes blow up.

Aperitif Au Vent

Wednesday, September 19th, 2007

In 2002 I met Andrea Aronica, a fashion designer, and we started working together. The name of this fusion was Whiteorange. We have been hangin’ around for a while, about webdesign, art projects and live visuals. Aperitif au vent is my first project with him.
We had his new summer collection to advertise. The idea was to let the wind move all the gowns. It was a fashion project, so we called it Aperitif au vent, Aperitif in the wind.

Aperitif au vent

There is an introduction, it’s in Italian. It says:
A new fashion concept, associated with a fresh way to represent it. An interactive journey through alternative styling ideas, caressed by crisp summer breeze. The formula of the Whiteorange duo wants to arouse the audience by mixing design, fashion and a new idea of communication.

Venavandalica (in Italian)

Wednesday, September 19th, 2007

(If you can’t read this, then this post isn’t for you!)

Venavandalica.

Erano i tuoi veri amici.

OverVJing

Turn off the TV!
This is a series of VJ loops and movie clips that I made, all in one day: animations of abstract shapes, compositing effects, image processing.

Musicflavour

Wednesday, September 19th, 2007

No, I ain’t no musician (some things are stranger than fishing), but I love to play with musical toys.

The result is not always good, and maybe it has never been good enough to share my compositions, but… here they are.

Scritti in italiano (Italian writings)

Wednesday, September 19th, 2007

(If you can’t read this, then this post isn’t for you!)

Flash Source Files, for the world

Wednesday, September 19th, 2007

Here you can find all the flashing experiments and applications I’ve coded. They are all written in Actionscript 1 for Flash MX.
I’ve learnt Flash by myself, reading the code from fla’s taken around, so since the beginning I felt I had to give my contribute to feed the flash community, and maybe even let someone have fun.
After all, that’s why I did it…
